Her therapeutic style is feminist, relational, and collaborative. Brittany believes that since much of our harm happens in relationship, healing must happen there too. In your work together, youโ€™ll explore how your past experiencesโ€”both with others and with yourselfโ€”shape your present, and imagine new possibilities for connection, meaning, and fulfillment. While she holds space for difficult emotions, Brittany brings a gentle, light-hearted presence and sense of humor that helps clients feel safe enough to explore things they may never have said out loud.
Outside of therapy, Brittany enjoys resting, knitting, exploring new restaurants, binge-watching true crime documentaries, and spending time with her family and close friends. Her service dog Bentley, a small Biewer terrier, is often by her side in the office, offering quiet and loving support to all who meet him.
Brittany is a dedicated therapist with over eleven years of experience supporting clients in their journeys of healing, self-discovery, and growth. With a warm, relational, and affirming approach, she creates a safe space for clients to explore emotions, identity, and lifeโ€™s challenges. She specializes in working with individuals navigating body image, binge eating disorder, self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, and depression, and is especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.

As an Autistic and ADHD therapist, Brittany brings lived experience and deep empathy to her work. She offers comprehensive, neurodivergent-affirming adult Autism and ADHD evaluations that help clients gain clarity, self-understanding, and validation. Her evaluations are collaborative and strengths-based, emphasizing the full spectrum of neurodivergent identity and expression. She views Autism and ADHD as natural neurotypesโ€”not pathologiesโ€”and works with clients to deconstruct internalized ableism and embrace their unique ways of being in the world.
Brittany offers a compassionate approach to body image and disordered eating, rooted in Health at Every Sizeยฎ (HAES) principles. She supports clients in reclaiming body autonomy, healing their relationships with food and movement, and dismantling harmful societal norms. Her work is grounded in self-compassion, body respect, and fat liberation.

Brittany acknowledges the privileges she holds as a white, middle-class, cisgender woman, and her current size privilege, while recognizing her past experiences living in a much larger body. These aspects of her identity inform her practice and are shaped by her training on the intersection of gender, race, and class. She is deeply aware of how societal expectationsโ€”especially those rooted in cisnormativity, heteronormativity, and white supremacyโ€”can harm mental health, and she weaves anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and healing justice values into her work. Brittany actively works to unlearn internalized biases and center the voices and experiences of marginalized communities in the therapy space.
