Reclaiming the Body:

A Somatic Healing Group for Women

For women ages 25+ ready to heal from past and current relationships
and return home to themselves.

So many of us carry the echoes of old relationships — the heartbreak, the family patterns, the subtle ways we learned to disconnect from our bodies to stay safe. This group is a space to slow down, reconnect, and gently rebuild trust with your body and your inner world.

Through a blend of group therapy and somatic practices such as yoga, mindfulness, breathwork, and body-based processing, you’ll be supported in releasing stored emotions, finding safety within yourself, and reconnecting to your intuition.

You’ll Learn to:

● Release emotions and tension held in the body

● Reconnect with your intuition and nervous system

● Rebuild self-trust and embodied safety after emotional wounds

● Cultivate connection and belonging with other women

● Integrate grounding and regulation tools into your daily life

What to Expect Each Week:

● Guided movement and mindfulness to anchor into the body

● Psychoeducation and group discussion exploring themes of healing, safety, and embodiment

● Somatic and expressive exercises to process emotions and deepen awareness

● Reflective journaling to integrate insights between sessions

You don’t need prior experience with yoga, breathwork, or mindfulness — only a willingness to show up for yourself.

This Group Is For You If:

● You’re navigating the process of letting go of old relationships — romantic, familial, or otherwise

● You want to feel more grounded, embodied, and whole

● You’re ready to cultivate a deeper sense of safety and connection within yourself and with others

● You’re curious about the mind-body connection and how it supports emotional healing

Over the course of eight weeks, we’ll move through a gentle arc of healing — beginning with grounding and safety, deepening into emotional release and self-trust, and closing with integration and embodied wholeness.

Each 75-minute session weaves together:

● Guided somatic and mindfulness practices to anchor awareness in the body

● Therapeutic group sharing and reflection to process emotions in a safe, supportive space

● Psychoeducation and tools for nervous system regulation and emotional awareness

● Embodiment exercises such as gentle movement, breathwork, or meditation
