Welcome to The Space — Your Place to Breathe, Move, and Heal.

A sanctuary for nervous system repair, embodied connection, and intentional rest.

  • Ground + Center

A weekly class designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and regulate your nervous system through gentle, trauma-informed movement. Blending soft yoga-inspired flow, yin-style stretching, and intentional relaxation, this class offers a space to land fully in your body and release the weight of the day. You’ll be guided through grounding postures, breath awareness, and long, supported holds that soothe the mind and invite a sense of emotional and energetic steadiness. This class is especially supportive for anyone feeling anxious, ungrounded, or overwhelmed—whether you’re new to yoga or seeking a gentler way to move. With a focus on choice, presence, and self-compassion, each session invites you to land more fully in yourself and leave feeling rooted, regulated, and centered.

  • Reset: Breathwork+ Alchemy Soundbath

Offered once a month, Reset is a 75-minute sound healing experience designed to regulate your nervous system and create space for energetic renewal. Each session begins with intentional breathwork or pranayama tailored to the theme of the month—sometimes calming and grounding, sometimes activating and energizing—offering your system exactly what it needs to shift and reset. Following the breath practice, you’ll be guided into deep rest through an immersive crystal alchemy sound bath. These healing frequencies help clear stagnant energy, reduce anxiety, and bring the body into a parasympathetic state of restoration. The session may also include gentle movement or somatic grounding to support integration. This class is ideal for those feeling depleted, dysregulated, or simply seeking a consistent return to balance. No prior experience with breathwork or sound healing is needed. Each offering is a space to pause, realign, and receive. Come as you are—and leave feeling more connected, open, and restored.

  • Restore + Receive

A weekly sanctuary for your nervous system—a gentle, all-levels class designed to support deep rest, release, and renewal. Through a combination of restorative yoga postures, mindful breath awareness, and intentional stillness, you’ll be guided into a parasympathetic state where your body and mind can truly unwind. This class is ideal for anyone feeling overstimulated, anxious, emotionally tender, or simply craving a space to slow down and come back to self. No prior yoga experience is needed—just a willingness to soften, breathe, and be. Benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, better sleep, emotional regulation, and a sense of inner spaciousness that lingers long after class ends. In a world that rarely gives us permission to pause, this weekly offering invites you to reclaim rest as a form of healing.
