Reset: Breathwork+ Alchemy Soundbath
Reset is a sound healing experience designed to regulate your nervous system and create space for energetic renewal. Each session begins with intentional breathwork or pranayama tailored to the theme of the month—sometimes calming and grounding, sometimes activating and energizing—offering your system exactly what it needs to shift and reset.
Following the breath practice, you’ll be guided into deep rest through an immersive crystal alchemy sound bath. These healing frequencies help clear stagnant energy, reduce anxiety, and bring the body into a parasympathetic state of restoration.
The session may also include gentle movement or somatic grounding to support integration. This class is ideal for those feeling depleted, dysregulated, or simply seeking a consistent return to balance. No prior experience with breathwork or sound healing is needed. Each offering is a space to pause, realign, and receive. Come as you are—and leave feeling more connected, open, and restored.
Offered once a month on Thursdays.

Restore: Yin + Yoga Nidra
Restore invites you to slow down, soften, and give your nervous system the opportunity to truly rest. This deeply restorative class begins with approximately 45 minutes of Yin Yoga, where passive, supported poses are held for several minutes to gently release tension in the fascia and connective tissues, improve mobility, and encourage a sense of calm throughout the body. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Yin Yoga supports the body's energetic pathways while creating space for both physical and emotional release.
The practice concludes with 15 minutes of Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep." While comfortably lying down, you'll be guided through a deeply relaxing meditation designed to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and cultivate profound rest while remaining gently aware.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, mentally exhausted, or simply craving a slower pace, this class offers a peaceful space to reconnect with yourself and leave feeling grounded, restored, and refreshed.
Offered twice a month on one Thursday and Friday, monthly.

Release: Women's Conscious Connected Breathwork
Release is a 2.5 hour breathwork experience designed exclusively for women seeking deeper healing, emotional release, and nervous system transformation. Through the practice of Conscious Connected Breathing (also known as circular breathwork), you'll be invited to move beyond the thinking mind and reconnect with the wisdom of your body.
Each gathering begins with intention setting, grounding meditation, and gentle nervous system preparation before transitioning into active Conscious Connected Breathing. This rhythmic, continuous breathing pattern creates space for emotions, memories, physical sensations, and insights to naturally emerge in a safe and supported environment. Following the active breathwork, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative integration period of rest, allowing your nervous system to settle while giving your mind and body time to process the experience. Throughout the journey, thoughtfully curated music, guided facilitation, energy work, and intuitive support create a compassionate container for healing and self-discovery.
Every experience is unique. Some women leave feeling lighter and more emotionally free, while others gain clarity, reconnect with themselves, or simply experience profound rest. There is no right way to experience breathwork—only your own unfolding. Whether you're navigating stress, grief, burnout, major life transitions, motherhood, or simply longing to reconnect with yourself, Release offers a supportive space to slow down, let go, and return home to your body.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Due to the intensity of this practice, all participants will complete a health screening prior to attending.

Repair: Kintsugi Workshop
Repair is a creative, reflective workshop inspired by the Japanese art of Kintsugi—the practice of repairing broken pottery with gold, honoring each fracture as part of the object's story rather than something to hide.
Through guided reflection and the mindful process of creating your own Kintsugi-inspired piece, you'll explore themes of resilience, self-compassion, healing, and growth. Rather than striving for perfection, this experience invites you to embrace the ways life's challenges have shaped you and recognize the beauty that can emerge through repair.
Throughout the workshop, gentle prompts, mindfulness practices, and meaningful conversation create space for personal insight while allowing creativity to unfold at your own pace. No artistic experience is necessary—only a willingness to slow down, reflect, and create.
Whether you're navigating change, healing from loss, or simply seeking a meaningful way to reconnect with yourself, Repair offers an opportunity to honor your journey and leave with both a handcrafted keepsake and a renewed perspective.
All materials are provided.
