ADHD & Relationships: a Psychoeducation & Skills Group
As an adult with ADHD, do you feel isolated or embarrassed when symptoms interfere with your relationship? As a partner to an adult with ADHD, do you feel frustrated or confused by your partner's symptoms? If so, this could be a perfect group for you.
Created as a follow-up to Adults with ADHD: a Psychoeducation & Skills Group, this group continues the conversation on adaptive management of ADHD in intimate relationships. Adults with ADHD invite their partner/spouse into the learning process, fostering a safe & collaborative environment to build understanding, invite accountability, & develop skills for connection.
