If you relate to these questions and want to connect with others in a compassionate and helpful space, this group is for you.
Processing and Psychoeducation
This 8-session psychoeducation and processing group provides space to share and connect with others to reduce loneliness, offers tools for managing intense emotions related to the climate crisis to support greater emotional stability, and empowers you to use your unique abilities to work toward a better future for our planet, reducing feelings of powerlessness. The group is facilitated by Heal ATL therapist Heather Romero, LPC, a Climate-Aware Therapist through the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America.
