This 10-session psychoeducation & skills group will help you develop a deeper understanding of ADHD, explore the executive functions it impacts, and learn evidence-based, practical skills for more effective symptom management. Facilitated by an adult with ADHD, HealATL therapist Kerri Grimsley, APC - this group promotes a supportive, neurodivergent-friendly space to learn and grow.

For women ages 25+ ready to heal from past and current relationships and return home to themselves.So many of us carry the echoes of old relationships — the heartbreak, the family patterns, the subtle ways we learned to disconnect from our bodies to stay safe. This 8-session psychoeducation and processing group provides space to share and connect with others to reduce loneliness, offers tools for managing intense emotions related to the climate crisis to support greater emotional stability, and empowers you to use your unique abilities to work toward a better future for our planet, reducing feelings of powerlessness. The group is facilitated by Heal ATL therapist Heather Romero, LPC, a Climate-Aware Therapist through the Climate Psychology Alliance of North America.
