Intuitive Eating Group

A 8-week psychoeducational and support group focused on Intuitive Eating: an evidenced-based, mind-body health approach comprised of 10 principles that helps you get back in touch with your natural internal hunger and fullness cues. We will dive into the principles of Intuitive Eating and discuss how they can support you in your life. The group will help you liberate yourself from the prison of diet culture and weight obsession, while connecting to your innate biological cues. You will be able to connect with others who are tired of hearing the destructive messages from diet culture and are ready to make peace with food and their bodies.
