Rediscovering Self: A Virtual Support Group for Late-Diagnosed Autistic Adults

Starts August 6th, 2025!

Join us for a 10-session virtual support group offering light psychoeducation, meaningful connection, and a neurodivergent-affirming space to explore life after diagnosis. Topics include masking, burnout, relationships, unmasking, and building self-understanding. Facilitated by late-diagnosed Autistic therapist and Heal ATL founder Brittany Hewitt, this group welcomes autistic adults of all genders to show up exactly as they are.

This group is open to all late-diagnosed Autistic adults ages 18 and up.

Must sign up prior to start date to join. Group closes after August 6th, 2025.
